Productivity Fox: Installing the Application
Step 1: Access Installation Link via Salesforce App Exchange
To begin installation, login to the Salesforce App Exchange, navigate to the Productivity Fox Listing Page, and click Get it Now.
Step 2: Select Installation Environment
In this step, you will be prompted to select the Salesforce Environment into which Productivity Fox will be installed.

Step 3: Confirm Installation Details
In this step, you will confirm installation details. When installing in Production, you are granted licensed access for 10 users to the application for 60 days. When installing in a Sandbox, you are granted a site license to the application that does not expire.
To activate your installation in Production, a Productivity Fox Sales Associate will contact you with licensing and contract information.
Step 4: Login
For security purposes, you will be prompted to login to your Salesforce environment. The username and password requested here, is your normal Salesforce Production or Sandbox login.
Step 5: Select Security Level and Confirm Install
In this step, you will setup your users’ security access to the installed package.
Select Grant access to admins only.
This option does not allow users other than administrators to access or use the components of this package. The administrators are given full access, and can change and view any setting, option, feature, or field within the package.
You will manage individual user security settings using permission sets.
IMPORTANT: Standard Productivity Fox Support only applies to installations with the ‘Grant Access to admins only’ option is selected during installation. Standard hourly rates will apply to security related support requests for installations using the ‘Grant access to all users’ and ‘Select security settings’ options.
To complete the installation, click Install.
Once installation is complete, you will be notified on screen. If additional installation time is required, a notification will be displayed on screen, and an email notification will be received when the installation is completed successfully.

Option 1: View Components
The View Components page provides you with a summary of the various components included in the installation package.
Option 2: API Access
The API Access Page lets you know how the components of this package will interact with the standard and custom objects currently installed in your existing Salesforce environment.
